How much can I save?▼
1-3% savings is the average for our parcel refund service. Other variables like air vs. ground mix, special handling requirements, etc. could impact the results.
How much does it cost?▼
We charge 50% of any confirmed refund we are able to get back on your behalf. Creating an account and getting started is free. Silver lining - If we don't save your company money, you owe us nothing.
How does it work?▼
We use Billing Center login credentials for your UPS and/or FedEx shipping accounts. Each week, our system logs into your shipping account, downloads the invoice, and performs a comprehensive audit on every shipment. When an error is found, an automatic claim is filed with the carrier.
Are there any downloads or software required?▼
No. There are no downloads or installations required. We simply link up with your UPS and FedEx accounts by using your account login credentials.

This validates authentication and protects against man-in-the-middle attacks, eavesdropping or tampering with the information related to your account. SSL certification is provided by Comodo using 256-bit encryption with support for 99.9% of browsers and devices.
